Brief Description
MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
- Scan RFID tags and product labels on incoming pallets to verify accuracy in the scanner and inspect pallet contents for correct part codes, quantities, security of parts, and absence of foreign materials or damage.
- Identify and correct all discrepancies found.
- Communicate all discrepancies, inspection updates, and potential missed shipments to the Sales Shipping Scheduler and management team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Communicate with AJIN QC members to correct any QC issues on-site
- Communicate with HMGMA staff and AJIN staff to determine empty trailer requirements at end of shift.
- Post a complete daily inventory of all parts at HMGMA by the end of each business day.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform other duties as assigned.
PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Good documentation and organization skills

- Provides guidance, consultation, and coordination with the following stakeholders:
Sales Department Manager
B. Team Leaders and Team Members, as necessary
