Brief Description

MAJOR FUNCTION:

  1. Customer quality response and communication/monitoring
  2. Management of customer improvement product input timing (VIN body number and FIFO)
  3. Containment of LOT non-conformity through inspection of incoming goods
  4. Sorting and rework action activities

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Daily communication with customer quality/in-line personnel
  2. Real-time sharing and response to key issues and quality issues in customer production lines
  3. Receive customer requirements, confirm improvement plans, and share in-house
  4. Minimize nonconformity through sorting and reworking
  5. First-in-first-out and securing body numbers when applying changes
  6. Create and share internal reporting (daily work log)

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:

  1. High school graduate or higher (preferential treatment for mechanical and automotive majors)
  2. Newcomers / Preferential treatment for those with experience in quality control and automobile manufacturing
  3. Experience living in a finished vehicle or working as an OEM partner
  4. Preferential treatment for reworking of automobile parts

Personal Characteristics:

  1. Basic understanding of automotive parts and structure
  2. Customer responsiveness and communication skills
  3. On-site judgment and quick response in the event of a problem
  4. Accuracy, detail, and responsibility

Job Summary

The Quality Resident shall conduct emergency response and preventive inspections of quality problems through the customer’s in-line resident at all times, and shall communicate with customers and promptly make decisions in the event of a problem and promptly take measures to block problems through in-house sharing.
