Brief Description
MAJOR FUNCTION
Perform production activities as outlined in company work instructions
Conduct quality inspections on parts and press equipment inspections.
Follow 3C 5S on the production floor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Operate machines assigned individually to perform production activities.
Follow work standards and team leader’s or supervisor’s instructions.
Conduct visual self-quality inspections on parts during production activities.
Conduct daily equipment inspection and perform basic record keeping.
Follow all safe work practices including PPE requirements
Maintain clean and orderly working environments.
Focus on Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
Conduct rework activities and defect tracking processes.
Work assigned shift scheduled with designated hours.
PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB
High School diploma / GED
Preferred experience in manufacturing/ warehousing environment (Not Required).
Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Demonstrated attention to detail and experience with precise work.
Able to distinguish between quality and defective work results.
Excellent hand and eye coordination.
Able to lift objects weighing more than 50 lbs occasionally.
Organizational Relationships
Reports to the Production Press Team Leader for all phases of activities.
Coordinate work activities with other Production Press Team Members
